Hello Everyone

Hi Everyone, I'd like to say hello to everyone as this is my first message on talk photography. I am shopping around at the moment for a new camera as I have just sold my Nikon D80, as I got a really good price for it, I do like the Nikon D90 and the Pentax K7. My interests are Wildlife, Landscapes and Sports photography.
Anyway if anyone has any views on the above cameras or any others, I would like to hear any comments.

Both the cameras you mention are excellent.
After being a dedicated Nikon man for decades I went the Pentax digital road. My camera is superb - immense build quality and the results please me no end.
However, if I had made the effort to study the market at the time of purchase I'd probably have gone Nikon.
Never realised how Pentax had slid into a position where it now has only a tiny market share. 2nd hand stock is not near as plentifull as Nikon or Canon.
Something to bear in mind when you buy.

Thanks Dougie, I am swaying towards the Nikon D90, I also think the Pentax is a quality piece of kit. But with being familiar with Nikon, I feel that’s the one to go for.
