Hi there,

I have just joined and am hoping this will quickly become a great place to be. I have just started to take my photography a little more seriously and have bought a Canon 40-D which I am really enjoying.

In an effort to try and improve I have booked myself a cheap trip to Bucharest as an "assignment" and am going to spent 4-5 days tramping around in the snow and the cold trying to get some good pics. Before I head off does anyone have any good ideas for locations to photograph, tips for the snow or resources online to do some research for locations to capture?

Hope to hear from you soon

Hoarse

Hi Mate :welcome: aboard

The only advise I would give is pack a tripod and a shutter release as there worth there weight in gold if your going to the trouble of going that far on an trip, looking forward to seeing the results.

Hello and welcome Hoarse. Nice shots there, I like #4. Would have been good to see some more of the road leading up. I sometimes take shots portrait too and stitch them together.
