Hello! I was 'directed' here by another forum member, Minky Monkey

I've been lurking for a while but thought it time to pop my head above the parapet and say 'hi' and also thanks for all the advice I've read so far on these forums

A bit more about me...I had a Canon film SLR for ages and made the jump to digital earlier this year (Eos400D) and am loving it

He he - were it not for the fact that I can 'borrow' (ahem!) quite a few Canon lenses from my old dad it could have easily gone the other way.

Having said that, I have my eye on some new glass in the near future
