Hello my names Jordan and thought i would join up after seeing and hearing about this forum to get abit more knowledge and good advice in the world of photography
i have been taking photos for a while now and the subject has always interested me but i have only been using a compact digital camera, i am after my first SLR now and have started a night course and university on digital photography to try and get abit better at knowing all the settings etc to get used to when i need to use and do certain things when taking photos.
i have been told that the best camera for me to buy to start with is a Nikon D40 so i am currently looking for one of these as cheap as possible. Any advice greatly appreciated
