I'm very new to all this forum thingy so bear with me,

I'm a very poor novice DSLR photographer, but really enjoy trying,

so any help is welcome help.

Can you recommend the best editing software for beginners, not Photo shop stuff

Hi and to TP.

With regards to the software question, you may get better replies if you post in the Computer sub-forum. Sorry that I can't help you much better, as I only use Lightroom and even that it's not for editing .. only for managing my picture library!
