Hello everyone

I'm Georgie Mathew. Medical student from India.
I am interested in photography but thing is, i don't have a camera as of now.
I am planning to get one which i'll be using mainly fro nature photography, photos in surgical theatre or in a hospital.
My budget would be around 10k INR or probably less.
Could any of you give me tips?
