I've been shooting for quite a while, only really got focused and more into photography about a year or two ago.
I shoot a bit of sports (football, rowing, general park sports), some events, a bit of macro and some personal and family photography.
I'm looking to get into astrophotography in the near future too!
I'd appreciate any advice in making a little bit of money from it as it's been a money pit so far.
Kit history:
Sony DSC-F828 back in the day
Canon 400d + 18-55 + 55-200
Another 400d but with a 28-135 IS
10d with the 28-135 IS
1Ds II + 70-200 2.8L (this spoilt me, as I didn't know how to use it fully at the time)
5d II + 24-105L
40d + 100mm 2.0
Now I'm on the following setup (but always looking to expand, this is an expensive hobby!)

500d
24-105L
70-200 2.8L
100mm 2.0
50 1.8 (mk1 and mk2)
Various point-and-shoots alongside these
