Hi Guys.

So I said my hello's in the welcome area a long time ago and have never really used the forum that much since and also haven't used my camera much due to various reasons.

After looking at the 365s on the site I am considering having a go as I think it might be a bit of a challenge and get me back into the swing of things :)

Now the big problem. My dads camera, an old 20D seems to want to go to the Canon Warehouse up in the sky :( which means he has been using my 400D for the past while and may be for a while into the future :thumbsdown::help: So it looks like I will be able to shoot some with the canon but I will have to use the camera on my N96 which seems to do quite well.

So what do you guys reckon ? Is it worth having a go with a phone camera ? Or am I just loopy :cuckoo: ?

Not loopy at all, It will force you to concentrate on the shot.

Great photographers take great pics with any camera, I can take really crap ones with a pretty good camera :D

Go for it with the 365, great way to get feedback and learn loads.
 
You're loopy if you think a phone camera is a subsitute for a 400D. They both take pictures, but there the similarity ends. 400D is also a rubbish phone ;)
 
Thanks guys. Well I took the plunge and started yesterday anyway, Will get it started later, got my schools Highland Games to go shoot tonight. Wish me luck!
