I keep hearing Heath Robinson lighting, searched google and came up with zilch, is it some from of soft directional lighting, has anyone any links, or tell me exactly what it is, Ive found stuff on Heath Robinson eg gadgets and stuff are these classed as Heath Robinson lighting

I think you'll find it referes to "home made" or bodged together lighting rather than a style of lighting like Rembrandt
 
A guy called Heath Robinson fixed my plumbing last week... could be the same guy!

Thanks guys I get it now I have heard about that Heath Robinson and knew he cobbled things together, but never related it to my cobbled together lighting, as it was said in that context about my images which were done with my home made lighting, I thought it was some kind of fantastic new lighting system that Id never heard about :lol:cheers guys for your helpful answers :thumbs:

We used to get sent to the next classroom to ask the teacher for a long felt want and a pot of elbow grease!!

I got sent to the wholesalers for a jar of buff-sparks, after waiting for an hour or so the guy came out and checked if I had to get orange or red sparks.

I walked all the way backed to the site to ask my journeyman and he replied mixed. So off I trotted..... went on for ages:(:(
