Yeh Matt two diferent birds.On another note this was posted up by "Lostbox" on facebook, I would urge anybody that does use FB to like their page and follow if they have not already.You will be surprised at the amount of stuff that does get lost, from camera gear as well as peoples pet dogs etc.Equally there are quite a few success stories published.

Indeed but the mature mother has the foot missing the siblings are intact.Did that thread not say there were 3 birds missing? 2 females and a male?

Neil, they get lost due to poor weight control and management.Someone on FB says it's been spotted in the area for months. Maybe the handler just trusts it to do it's own thing from time to time.
