Wow!
maybe it's old news, but I just stumbled across www.stuckincustoms.com some AMAZING HDR stuff (if that's what your into) (don't forget to hit "next page" when you get to the bottom also). Best stuff i've seen since vanilla days. ;)

enjoy...

Thank god your link don't work. :p
I have seen his work before and it's way over cooked for my taste, that said he done a very nice subtle shot at christmas just gone that I really like.
IMO it's a perfect example of how not to do HDR

fair enough. it's not to everyone's taste. I prefer the more subtle ones too, but can't deny that they're pretty impressive nevertheless.

There's loads of stuff right here, you don't need to go to Vegas to make photos look like crap....:p

I am going to go out on a limb here, I really like the OTT HDR look, I know people will shoot me down in flames for admitting that, but hey the world would be so boring if we all liked the samethings.

These are some of my fav HDR showing the different ways I like to process...

coments welcome, they help me grow.

wow  some good stuff. what software do you use?

i just think hdr stops looking like a photo and more like a drawing .. but if you are going to do em might as well over cook em .. at least they are way different then

Thanks for the comment:)

I use photomatix then just play with saturation and contrast in Photoshop till it looks how I want. I have also used the HDR in Photoshop then added a little lucisArt to give that HDR feel, if you see what I mean (see pic below)

I have read many tutorials from some of (what I think are) good tonemapers and it seems there is a lot more to HDR than you first think, some of the guys use a blend of HDR done in Photmatix mixed with HDR done in Photoshop and then exposure blending with the original shots, seems like a lot of work to me but I have seen some stunning HDR's from these guys.
