hdr rally cars

hi,ive just started experimenting with hdr and i just came across a number of hdr images of rally cars moving over jumps,through puddles etc.how is this done,i thought the had to be no movement in the images at all.i can understand very slight movement can be over come but rally cars??

It can be done. I have done it before as a BTCC photographer. Simply take a RAW image and save multiple copies of the same image. One as it is of the camera then ones at -1,-2,+1 and +2 etc.
