OK really short review this, in December I bought a Nikon D750 from HDEW, I called them had a chat about a few of things that bothered me about spending what for me was a very large sum of money on a new toy.
The really helpful staff put me at ease not just because they answered my questions but because if they did not know the answer to a question they said so and went to ask some one who did know, so no fobbing off.
Anyway the 750 turned up and all was good for 3 weeks then it started to fail maybe 5% of the time nothing was recorded to say I was miffed was an understatement.
I called HDEW on a Saturday morning and told them what had happened, we went through a few questions (HDEW staff at no time suggesting I was at fault not even in tone), I posted the 750 back that afternoon and on the following Wednesday I had a nice shiny new D750 delivered to my work!
Having such fantastic experience of service I would have no hesitation to use HDEW again or recommend to others.
For the record I have no link to HDEW or anyone that works there I just think good service deserves recognition.
Cheers
Ian
