Hdew ok?

Was looking at getting a 5D3 from Hdew and noticed the number of Canon models on their website reduced by some margin. Seems to be the same with the lenses. Nikon models seem well represented. Is something up or are they dumping Canon?

Can i ask what price HDEW are currently offering the 5D3 for?

I bought my 5D3 from them a month ago. Cost me £2179 + £10 delivery. Nothing wrong with it at all. It's a European model with a pan European warranty which Canon UK will honour for the first year and then another two years third party warranty. There is plenty of positive feedback about them on this forum.

Yep, also seen plenty of positive feedback and was looking to by once back of hols .

Wait just checked and a few more are back on the site, not up to what it was. For instance no Canon Macro lenses, fewer other lenses and camera models :shrug:. However once back of hols and if their price holds think I'll treat myself to the 5D3 from Hdew .

HDEW are okay, lots of good reviews on here from lots of satisfied people.

Not sure how Kerso is price wise, but he's very good aswell (www.flashcamera) -he's a trader on here

Like a lot of others, I was worried about parting with my hard earned cash at HDEW but I need not have bothered. I visited their 'shop', (it's actually an office in a block on a trading estate) on Monday and bought a Nikon 5100 for £379. Beat that Jessops! Great service and advice. No hesitation in recommending them. I had already discussed the grey imports issue on the 'phone and they answered all my questions without hesitation. The warranty is a full 3 years and I hope I dont need it.
