Well I'm another HDEW happy customer. I rang to order a 24-105L lens yesterday 15.30hrs, lens came this morning. Packaging was very secure compared to others like jacobs, warehoseexpress, even amazon.

The person I spoke to was couteous and very helpful, and answered all my queries professionally.

I would buy from them again...
 
Another thumbs up here. I bought a 70-200 mk 2 a week ago. Collected in person, very helpful. Wouldn't hesitate to use again.
 
I bought my 7D from them, no probs, great on the phone, triffic service,

I have sent back the lens to them as it was terribly front focusing at 24mm to 50mm. I opted for a refund. Lets see what happens.
 
Update

Sent the lens back last Friday, HDEW received the lens Monday, I called them on Tuesday to check and they said they will refund my money on that day or Wednesday. I got a call on Wednesday and they asked for my card details, then I had an email update in afternoon saying my money is refunded. Today is Saturday and my money is back.
That's an excellent service, and I will definitely buy from them again.
 
Bought a couple of lenses from them over the christmas period...really impressed, quick delivery and good communication. Prices were very keen and they were friendly on the phone.
 
ok, i have ordered that same lens from them yesterday... hope i don't get your returned lens!! what tests can i do to ensure my lens is working as it should?
 
Bought a 70-200 F2.8 early alst year from them...very good customer service etc and it was the same price as a second hand copies in the classifieds on here........
 
can highly recommend them. Last September i actually went in and picked up the last d700 they had, which they'd kindly reserved for me. Very friendly bunch, although their office in deep south london was quite hard to find!

I think they shift a fair bit of gear, so I wouldn't worry too much.
