HD on 7d

I have taken some footage for the first time with my 7d and wonder if anyone knows of any (cheap) software for taking still images from the video?

I think Windows Live Movie Maker has an option for grabbing a frame, and it's free

While watching video in full screen stop it (pause) and on the keyboard use 'print screen' button. It copies the screen and than paste it in PhotoFiltre_6.3.1en software (free) and save it as jpg.

For pasting you can use other programs like PS etc.

print screen lol works great also power DvD takes still images well it did when i last used it about 3 years ago lol.

The free software that came with your camera, Zoombrowser also does this. Cant believe nobody has mentioned it yet.
