Having the engine visible through the bonnet

Seen this done a few times and would like to know hows its done, Thanks in advance Stuart

It easyih Stuart you take a pic with the bonnet open then take a pic with it shut, place the shut shot over the open shot duplicate it. then with the selection tool draw the shape and whilst it still active lower the opacity till you have the desired on the scond layer then, make the 3rd active and delete the selection, you have to think about it a bit more obviously as you dont want any brackets showing from the open bonnet

forgot to say have your camera on the tripod cable release, then you get the exact same shot
