Having some trouble with Flickr

Yes, another Flickr problem thread I wasn't sure where to post this but I'm having trouble uploading pictures on to my Flickr. It keeps saying the files have timed out. I've tried reloading Chrome, re-processing the images and even tried different ones, still says the same for everything. Is anyone else having this problem?

Have you opted in to the new layout or still on the old format. I opted in to try the experience the other day and couldn't upload to Flickr or find the upload the BB Code button to put any files on here so I opted out again. I've just tried to upload a file and have done it with no problem.
