Having a nightmare with Flickr

Recently my PC did an update and all my usual sites had to have the password re-entered where I normally didn't need to as it logged in automatically. I have a Pro account on Flickr but I can't get a password to work.

The notifications I get from Flickr come to my normal email addy but when I send a password reminder/change it doesn't come. Whilst trying sort this I ended up creating 2 new accounts to other mail addys I have but not the one with all my images on it.i have tried all sorts and its just getting worse. I hit my bookmarked Flickr and my pics are there but can't login or access any of the details to see where I'm gng wrong.any ideas before I crack up.

Have you checked your spam folder for the reminder emails?

If yes you could open a case with Flickr, I've found them really helpful in the past:

Yip, the email is defo correct as it gives part of it as a hint but nothing comes.I can access on my Ipad and read some details etc so i know they are correct and i have triple checked on my pc but still nothing..arrgghhhh:bonk:

Have you tried clicking the link which states that your account has been compromised.Also did you put your mobile number in the account, as they usually send a text message to verify.

Forgot to update this before I went on holiday. I finally got their customer services to sort it out for me. It worked fine with my user name and password from the IPad but wouldn't from the desktop-- very strange. They reset my password and username and it works fine on both again.

I've had this problem recently and reverted to a new account... didn't realise customer services could re boot my old account
