Having a go at the wrong person/people.

The folk they lied to.

Things like this are why politicians aren't trusted. (but are THEY bothered. nope!)

Agreed the voters are significantly responsible, but personally I also hold the media responsible (in part) - for their one-sided portrayal of the parties. The wealthy and big-business are looked after a lot better by the conservative party, they (mostly) own the media, and the media (mostly) praise the tories and paint labour as being the party of idiots and incompetents.

Maybe, but then he won't get voted in again if people are that bothered and it affects them so much so it will come back to bite.

To be fair, especially with this balancing the books thing, if all parties told us exactley what they would do and stuck with it we would probably not vote for anyone. Whatever they give within one hand they take away with the other. Too many hidden taxes and so on.

DC won't be too bothered, as he won't be leader next time.

I agree with you about be honest & telling us `exactly` what their intentions are. TBH I'd be prepared to pay more in direct tax for the NHS, armed forces etc.

What I really dislike is the run up to a general election when we are thrown a few morsels + promises of less taxation if they get into power...........only to be lied to again (ad infinitum)
