I renewed my membership to the Canon Professional Service well before Christmas, but I have yet to receive my new card. Anyone else have this problem?
 
I haven't received a new card yet. But that doesn't seem to be affecting the service I get from the Canon service centre at Elstree...
 
Not had a card.. and I dont recall renewing myself this time... you got me worried so i just logged in and it says

Membership level: Platinum

Expires end:2014


So thats OK .. neve have used the card anyways :)
 
Thanks for the responses. I confess that the only time I have used my card was to gain access to the Canon Pro area at the former "Focus on Imaging" show.
 
I've just checked mine and it says Gold level and expires end of 2014, however I didn't even receive a new card last year (going from Silver to Gold level) let alone this years card. I've only ever received one membership card, about 6 months after I joined, and it says I'm at Silver level.
 
The last card I received (2012) has a "valid from" date but no expiry date...maybe a different system here.

I can't remember getting an email to renew in the last few months, I'll have to log in and check status :eek:
