I can't find the post anywhere have I missed it again folks?
 
Dont think its out yet....

I'm out with the camera all day today so I'm hoping its out before I leave or I'll have wasted a days worth of opportunities.
 
I've the day off so was hoping to get out and shoot something for the theme

If there's nothing up by the time I go out today, then it will be my own choice of 52 for this week.


I know people have said "cut Simon some slack" etc etc.... but it doesn't take that long to post something, and over the last few weeks has been getting later and later.....

Nicki (Briony) has offered to help out but nothing..........
 
If he is away for the week end would it not have hurt to post to say it was going to be late then we would all understand :shrug:

Probably because all the themes really are physically in a bag and he does actually draw one each week [or gets someone to if on a TP meet] so unless Nikki lived next door to him, its a bit tricky logistically for anyone to 'help' as it were. Do-able, but would be a lot of messing around.

If the theme isn't up and you want to shoot today, why not choose your own appropriate theme for this week? As an idea, Nikons monthly comp theme is 'bank Holiday fun' so why not something similar? Just a thought but might help those that want to do something today ;)
 
If he e mailed them to me I could also "PHYSICALLY" put them in a bag :shrug:

Surely I only have to type them up, them print them off cut them up and put in a bag - SIMPLES! :lol:


I AM OFFERING TO DO IT, as I have a bit of time in the week as don't work full time (lucky me !)

I have sent Simon a P.M. offering to :help: do this so waiting to hear back. ;)
 
the list is available on this link, Photo 52 themestake out the ones we have already had and you have your list. I guess you could shoot one from this list or even draw it out and everyone can follow suit. I'm sure Simon has a good reason for not posting it yesterday and wont mind if someone stepped in for a week. To be honest the weather is pants here today so i'll be lucky to get out.

As somebody who doesn't get much free time in the week, it really doesn't bother me that much. I don't usually get around to shooting until the weekend after the theme's been drawn anyway :shrug:

I can understand it being frustrating for people planning on getting something today . . . but :razz: . . . as somebody who has to work this afternoon, I hate you all anyway :dummy:

Seriously though, there could be all sorts of reasons out of his control why Simon hasn't posted yet - illness, family emergency etc etc.
And I'm sure he won't mind you jumping in with a suggestion for this week Nicki :)
 
Don't include me in the hate sarah :lol: I've been here since 6.15 working until 19.00 then back in tomorrow :shake:

No playing with the camera for me until at least Wednesday :'(

Ouch !!!!
At least I had the luxury of being able to work at home. Had some papers to read through and a report to write for tomorrow.
TBH I've been putting it off since Friday night. I really should have done it as soon as I got home :bonk:
