but not found anything that is applicable to what I need. I know the search function is your friend but my friend must be out at the moment

I know you can't skimp on cleaning but I don't have a lot of money and I really need a cleaning kit for my Canon, I can afford about £30

I'm thinking:

Lenspen
Rocket Blower
Lens Cloth

Am I missing anything and do you have any recommendations?

Do you just want to clean the glass on your lens?

If so get a microfibre cloth and the truely superb rocket blower.


If you need to clean your sensor then i recomednd the Arctic Butterfly.

Woe don't put compressed air anywhere near the camera's innards.
That stuff causes static charge.
Don't use in PC's either.

I've never had a lens that wasn't cleaned with whatever I was wearing when I noticed it was dirty.

I've also never had a lens surface that got damaged either.

A little care and common sense will go far further than a lens cloth and blower.
