Have around 180-200 to spend on a new lens

morning all,

as you will know i do some motorsports shooting but of late have done some others, Kielder and Newcastle Quayside

at presenet i have a 18-135 and 100-300 F$ for my D200

what lenses would you recommend to me for around the 200 mark? if any of course

looked at a few but not sure what to go for lol

It's a completely meaningless question without some indication of what you want to use the new lens for. Do you want to complement your existing lenses, or replace one or both of them? If you want to complement them, what sorts of shots do you think you're missing now that a new lens could help you get? If you want to replace them, in what way are they inadequate for your needs? Answer those questions, and we might be able to help you.

the only one to possibly replace is the 18-135, mainly a walkabout lens but its not really a must

i know later this year i want a wide angle (Tokina 12-24 or even 11-16)

but something thats alittle quicker possibly than the 18-135
