Hi there,

To those who regularily shoot baby portraits- where do you source props such as cute beanie hats and cocoons?

I have been checking ebay- but blimey how much!!!

Apart fronm learning to knit can anyone recommend a supplier?

Have a look on Etsy and enter photography props, not cheap but a good selection.

Luckily my Mum is a damn good knitter/crocheter and she is making so props for me as we speak. I have told her to start marketing them, but would probably be left to me lol. She has already made a hammock which is proving popular among parents.

Ebay can be a good source and I have picked up some bargains in the past.

Sorry to hijack your thread, but also was wondering where people buy their props for baby photography such as baskets, plant pots, hammocks etc that people pose babies in? Also where they buy the background material for shoots suitable for babies?
