I placed n order for some new toys for my camera on Wednesday to get them yesterday, only yesterday morning I got an email saying "sorry, your card has been declined" so I called the bank and they told me that they'd put the wrong expiry date in, fair enough, an extra day won't harm. Called them and sorted it, magic.

Just looked on Parcelforce's website and it had been sent to the wrong depot! So it's just after 2pm and I'm really hoping it gets here in the next hour (the sooner the better!) cause I wanna play with my new flash (or at least read the manual!) before i go down to a Church for a shoot :bonk: (nothing greatly exciting, just a few pics for a website n stuff)

But...

on the good side,

Practical photography have finally sent me my free gift of a reflector that they promised me back in February :woot: so I'm a happy bunny about that.

Ahhh I'm so impatient!
 
ahhh last order I placed from Hong Kong took almost a month for a corset, I was gutted at how long I had to wait - I'm so impatient! LOL

My lens and flash gun didn't turn up today - so much for next day delivery. Since it's ParcelForce, my betting is that I won't see them til Monday now - gutted!

Did the Church shoot ok though

haven't played around with the images much yet TBH, something to do later in the week probably, but there's one.

This one was taken by my husband (I couldn't get up the stairs into the loft) and then played with by me

Obviously much better composition than what I could have got from a similar place (as I can't get up the stairs) but there's a couple of them ;)
