Hey, here is how you embed them

Click on advanced post, the click the Little Youtube icon on the Right hand side of the panel or type and put your embeded link to the video in the middle of the ][ in the middle of the both YOUTUBE text.

Oh i agree with you totally, I hate it when i keep getting emails saying "hey hey guess who just added you on facebook/piczo or whatever :)
 
I'm not an avid user, but it's a great way of keeping in touch with old friends and my relatives in Oz...

But yes, I do get annoyed with all the spam in generates.

Nothing wrong with FB, Ive found a lot of old mates on there, its not like I am on there 24/7 :)

although its not strictly on topic, i hear a lot of people talk about how the internet is stopping people from actually going out and meeting people, but i find now i have all my old friends plus a whole load of new ones that i know from the internet and now spend a lot of time with in real life as real life friends.. i guess its how you use it.
facebook has been really good for me too, as i've caught up with a lot of old friends who i know see a lot more often than i did before fb
 
You can turn off all the 'notifications' or emails you recieve tellign you of people writing on your walls etc or adding you as a friend. Will not send you a single email if you tell it not to. :)
