Has Photoshop CC & Windows 10 joined RMT & gone on a go slow?

No
I have Win 10 LR6.1 standalone & PS CC.
Yesterday I received a random error from PS saying license mismatch when exporting from LR. No problem, I just resigned in and all was good.
Today every action I make in PS takes a good couple of seconds.

I have tried restoring from backup (which I'm making often whilst trying Win 10) but no joy.
Adobe haven't been much use.

Just wondering if anyone else is suffering a similar fate using the above combination.

You do realise you are using not even beta software but tech preview instead.

I found it so unusable slow and buggy I uninstalled it from my phone and only keep it in a virtual machine. So many issues with it. I'd say it will require an update from adobe to an universal app as well.

I tried W10 on my laptop and kept finding annoying niggles - after a couple of weeks reverted to W8.
It was not unduly difficult to revert but some drivers I'd had to muck about with on 10 - e.g. go back to older versions - needed updating again.

I have to agree that while you are using a tech preview, or alpha version.. (or whatever state its in at the moment) of Windows, all bets are off.

Yep, thats pretty much Adobe's view point
