Has anyone tried this all in one for photo editing?

I have a 5D MKII and shoot in large jpeg or Raw large and use lightroom 5 most of the time.
My old PC seems to struggle and wondered if anyone could advise the suitability of the Dell for photo editing as it looks ideal for my other needs, but dont want to be waiting ages for lightroom to save files like i am now.

The spec is

I was looking at these recently too as they have been reviewed as the Windows equivalent of the iMac in terms of an all one solution. I'm toying with replacing my MBP and Hazro 27" screen with the iMac or a new MBP or the One 2710.

I looked on Dell tonight as I wanted to compare with the new Haswell iMacs but the site said the One 2710 is not available on line now? Not sure if it is due for replacement or there are ongoing issues with the touch screen (some reviews talk of this)

I'm off to do some more research!
