There is nothing wrong.
Just want to know if anyone bought from them before?
And is it as it says,brand new UK stock

Well its very clearly all Grey Imported.

"Uk stock" just means the item is in stock somewhere in the UK.

That doesn't mean its official UK stock imported via the official importer.

You need to read between the lines - very clearly a grey operation.. "seller warranty" is the giveaway.

Well to be honest any warranty is with the seller in the UK under the sale of goods act A contract is between you and the seller not the maker

That does really on a seller stayin in business though.. who is to say they will be around to honour warrantys?

I'd much rather I can just go to Nikon, Tokina, Sigma directly.. not faff with a seller.

A huge seller, URGalaxy just disappeared off the face of the earth. AJPurdy have gone.

Point is.. its much better to have a real genuine warranty IMHO...

I found this seller on ebay and even if it has many good feedback I'd like to know how reliable it is.
Reading this thread I found that it seems to be a good seller except for the warranty .
It has been said that it is a "grey market" dealer and that the warrant is not from CANON but the dealer itself .
Since I'd like to buy this item

WE POST FROM LONDON! 1Year CANON INTERNATIONAL WARRANTY

I wonder if the statement "1Year CANON INTERNATIONAL WARRANTY" is misleading.
I'd like to have an official CANON warranty and not one from the reseller.
Can I be sure about the warranty , given that statement , that it comes from CANON ?

Canon lenses carry an international warranty, bodies don't. You do need a valid receipt to get them to honour it though.

That said, the guy has 1 neg feedback in 12 months, that's very good by eBay standards.
