Are they a British based shop? A canon 7d is only 860 quid delivered. They seem to have good reviews and are even on that money saving experts site and he recommends them.
 
They are based in Gibraltar, they offer next day delivery and there don't seem to be any (recent) horror stories about them.
 
Cheers Dave. Will the warranty be valid in this country? Gibraltar is a British owed country after all. Plus would there be any
Vat or other taxes to pay do you think?
 
Got mine last week from HDEW for £830 with a 3 year warranty..just checked their site and they're £859 at the moment.
 
Which have you ordered loads off Dave . The Norman one or the the other one? It's only 860 at Norms and that's delivered so they say.
 
HDEW have an ebay shop, Pixel UK. The 7D is at present £845 inc delivery. vs £859 plus £10 delivery.
Same 3 year warranty. They'll do it for £835 if you want to collect.

Otherwise, Panamoz have the 7D for £812 plus £10 del. (5% off if you pay by bank transfer.)

I got a 7D from HDEW cameras about a month ago. Great service.

It's worth noting that they are grey imports, but it made no difference to me. US charger with adaptor and a manual stapled together was the only difference.

Do all of these places mentioned above send the camera with a American charger? If they do how much are chargers and will the battery from the 550d fit the 7d

They will all send it with a UK adapter at the very least. The Canon charger has a separate lead anyway, you could just buy a UK figure8 lead if you wanted.
