harrier jump jets sorry no pics

i was picking up my daughter from school today just outside carlisle and two harriers flew over and just wondered if anyone got any pics of them down at tebay.
i must admit its the first time i have seen harriers as its normally tornados or hawks that fly over.

If they were over Carlisle I'd guess that they probably didn't go down the M6 pass (Tebay), probably en-route to Spadeadam instead.

I think some of the regulars are in Wales this week, if over Carlisle I would guess they would be heading West > East and have come up through Dunmail maybe, perhaps even in from the coast ?

Could be talking [PLEASE DON'T TRY TO BYPASS THE SWEAR FILTER] though, they go where they want. lol !

Harriers in pairs have been regular visitors to both Tebay and the lakes over recent weeks, they could have gone either way (or both) and the likely destination is Spadeadam.

They were seen bypassing Tebay en-route into the lakes.
