Good on him, but I’m not convinced he alone stopped the van from falling. He stabilised it for sure, but if it was going to go, it would have gone, either before he got there or whether he was holding it or not.

I think sometimes, the slightest stabilization can prevent a weight toppling, no matter how large; so I think yes, his influence alone could have prevented the fall.

Pretty sure the driver won't care either way.
