Forty-ten years old today! :eek:

Mrs Flashy gave me a lovely A4 Wacom Intuos3 so I'm going to be playing with that today.... :)

... and then tonight I'm going to celebrate my half century with a nice big mug of cocoa and a packet of Werthers Originals! PARTAY!! :woot:

What a week it's been!
Last Friday - Daughters 18th Birthday party.
Last Saturday - Our Silver Wedding Anniversary party.
Last Sunday - Our 8 year old got his Karate 1st Dan.
Today - My half century.

And to cap it all, during the past week it looks like I've finally found the cure for an illness I've been suffering from for the past six months. No kidding, I've been really ill and it looks like I now have the cure... but that's another story...

Life is good!

I've had a great weekend, thank you! :) I've told Mrs F that when you're 50 your birthday actually lasts for three days so it's still going on... please don't tell her! :whistling:

LB, I saw your post by email notification which shows emoticlons as text... so your message actually read: "Banana Werthers are under-rated..."! I got all excited thinking that there was a new flavour of Werthers! Ah well, we can only dream!

Thanks John (and everyone else of course), it's not so bad being 50 is it? 50 is the new 40 and 40 is the new 30, apparently, so I'm really only 30... ish... Anyways thanks again, now I'm off to order that SAGA subscription! :woot:

In hexadecimal notation* 50 is 32 :) I like to take comfort in that :lol:
