Whilst enjoying Youtube clips on our new Tv I came across this. I've been a huge fan of the Shadows since they started. I even had the same red fiesta Strat, Vox amp and Roland Echo/Chorus unit . Something wasn't quite sitting right with me but I thought maybe it was footage from the very early days but he'd have played with the others in the group not on his own .Turns out it's a double called Justin Daish. I've looked at his photo and he's had some excellent make-up. It's not just his uncanny resemblance to HM but I pride myself, musically, on knowing when I hear a double playing but he plays exactly like Hank. It's same with Freddie Mercury, I think I can tell whether it's him or not but I was tested when I heard Marc Martel..especially with 'Somebody to Love'. I'll attach that too.Marc Martel didn't play Freddie Mercury in the 2018 film 'Bohemian Rhapsody' because it was decided that Adam Lambert looked the part so on some songs Lambert just mimed the words and Martel sang.

Would anyone else brought up with the Shadows have been taken in ?
