Hanimex Duomatic rangefinder

I just picked up a Hanimex Duomatic rangefinder which all appears to be working well other than the rangefinder focusing is out vertically.

Does anyone have any idea whether this is something that can easily be rectified?

I don't know the answer to your question, but I have seen a couple of other rangefinders with similar faults. It is possible to live with it, if a repair is not possible.

I believe that generally rangefinders are fairly easy to adjust, however i don't know if this specific one falls into that category.

I'll be careful with a little screwdriver and see if there's anything obvious. Otherwise I'll live with it. Thanks for the responses.
