cup of tea, go out and pour hot water over external taps to thaw them out, walk dogs, do hay nets, refill water buckets in stables, clean fields, that should do it.
Easy remedy, first remove shoes and socks then find a brick wall. Next kick it as hard as you can with the bare foot. Definately will remove headache but foot may hurt instead.
Not experienced in this area myself but I've read that hangovers are caused by alcohol causing dehydration. The alcohol drives water out of the body. It is recommended that you drink plenty of water before going to bed (not sure if this will create an incontinence problem though!).
I think there's some truth in this as headaches arise when dehydrated due to heat. And just a few minutes ago I was talking to the daughter of my neighbour who says she has had a headache for 3 days now. I've had discussions with her in the past over her frequent headaches. She doesn't drink liquids at all apart from hot chocolate. I've tried telling her but she won't take any notice.
Failing that, plenty of water before you go to bed (OK, you may need to get up a few times in the night but feeling a bit tired the next day is better than a hangover!). If you still wake up with a mouth like a badger's arris and a headache, try a bottle of Lucozade (other isotonic drinks are available) still drink and some more water.
