Hand/wrist strap?

Canon E1 for me :thumbs: depends what body you have though
 
I got mine with a subscription to Canons mag last year the Focus.. they were giving it free if i remember rightly, when you took out the subscription.

I've got one & never use it.....

You've got to fix it to the strap pint on the camera & strap point on the battery grip so everytime I take the grip of I've got to remove the strap :(
 
If you've got a grip on your camera make sure you get a strap that's long enough, I bought a couple for my S5Pro+D70 (which both have grips fitted) and they were too short, so I ended up having to track down where I'd bought the first one years ago and get another couple from them.

Optech also do some wriststraps that might be worth a look
 
The Canon E-1 hand strap will only work on a camera equipped with a battery grip since it needs a pair of strap connections to fit the strap and the cameras have only a strap connector at the top when not utilizing a battery grip.
 
i used to use a E-1 on my 400D but i sont have a grip yet on the 50D i found it nice to walk around with the hand strap, you have your hand in the shooting position already which is a bonus! 2ndly you can still attach a neck strap so if you need it!
 
How does that attach to your 20D?
 
i have the optech but never use it

i prefer the one i made myself by cutting of the end of a nikon thin strap and just putting it through the one side.
