Hampshire photo opportunities

Anyone in the Winchester / Southampton / Portsmouth areas got any suggestions for interesting photo locations? I'm off down with work for a few days next week and I plan to take the camera along if the weather's looking half decent but I could do with some suggestions for locations. Got a hire car so no problems with mobility.

Southampton have some nice busy docks if that interests you, may need some 'crafty' techniques to get in though, i've done it easy enough before.

The old walls would probably be the other obviously photographical attraction to Southampton...

Most of the opportunities are the same kind of parks/monuments/high street sort of stuff you would get in most cities.

get up on portsdown hill, in the evening, when light is low, im pretty sure you may find it a little inspirational,

Coastal: not a lot of "drama" until you just edge into Dorset. I've found Hurst Pit/Keyhaven to be a fave spot. The Docks would good if you could get access (maybe DM can post the secret!). . I really would like to photograph the Fawley oil refinery. There's always the New Forest, I guess.

You could try the working windmill at Bursledon, near Southampton. Abstracts at Ocean Village. Old Southampton might be worth a shot. Winchester - there's the cathedral and the walk from the river.
