Its semi photo-sharing, semi fun I guess.

Backstory -

I don't like having my hair cut - well, its not that I don't like having it cut - its a little bit of lazyness and a little bit of something else. Anyway - I only have my hair cut once every 3-4 months. The last time I had it cut was for the wedding which was mid-june. I just sort of let it grow and grow before I go to the barbers and get it shaved to a no. 1 round the back and sides and short on top - just enough to be spiky and messy. You've seen some of the ones of my from Twycross and it just looks a mess.

When I was there this afternoon and I asked for a no.1 he said "are you sure? thats really short!", so I said "yep, thats why I can have 3 months between cuts".

Here are some pics I took on my phone at work before the haircut and a couple taken afterwards :) I think the haircut makes me look older :p

So anyone going to Chester tomorrow can see what I'll look like ::

After looking at these pics I can see that I really do need to look at my weight, I'm going to have to make some positive changes so that I can be healthier, live longer and be a better dad (when we have sprogs).

And yes, I do have a messy office.

And my face is wet in the after shot because I'm shower fresh and I've just put some aftershave balm stuff on :thumbs:

Thanks Hoodi - picked them up last night, these and a pair of prescription sunglasses, £435 :o
 
"Nice" glasses cost the earth, but IMO they're worth it. If your eyesight is poor (like mine) then you're always wearing them, so you want them to look half decent, and they'll also last you yeeeaaarrrsss if you look after them.
And they're still cheaper than contact lenses ;)

Longish for me, longest id ever had it before was like a 5 or so... It's not what you'd look at and thing omg thats long though :p
 
Jonny goes for that toussled look the ladies like.....if any single middle-aged ladies turn up at the zoo Jonny your gonna get dragged into the bushes boy, you better ugly up!
 
It looks nice short Matt :) I had my hair cut today today too, although not that short, I hasten to add ;)

I have to admit though, that I do find long hair very sexy on men :naughty:
 
sue likes it short too, I wouldn't mind growing it really long but I think every time I get it cut I'm losing an oppertunity I'm not going to have forever :p
 
I've just had my hair cut too (although you wouldn't know from looking at me) I had my hair down to the small of my back too but now it's like nearly shoulder length (it curls a bit though so it looks shorter).
Matt - in that second photo, you look like you've just discovered someones been spying on you with a secret camera & you've just found it :lol:
 
Must be an IT thing. My brother has hair exactly like you had. I go for the No3 all over look.
 
Yeah actually it was reminiscent of Roy from the IT Crowd too, must be an IT thing. I also ask people if they've tried turning it off and on again too - it fixes most things.
 
My girlfriend thinks it looks better longer and she's a hairdresser! Get your coat, you've pulled!! :love:

LOL, that's so true - I think that myself :thinking: :D

Had me hair cut last week, but wife wants me to get one of those trimmer things so she can give me a #1 :suspect:

Anyway, I havent shaved for a week so that'll compensate for my shorter hair :p (never had a beard or tash, and you know what they say about trying everything once - except for xxxxxx sheep and morris dancing :lol: )

The IT support at my girlfriends old work was complaining about his shoes not being comfy - I mean complaining ALL day!!
One of the people we knew turned around to him & asked if he'd tried taking them off & putting them back on again - I was crying laughing, absolute genius :lol:
