Hi,
just found this forum, i'm an active member on POTN & nikon cafe but always struggled to find a UK orientated site.
so about me,
35, Serving soldier, living in Germany (for the last 9 years)
soon to return to the UK, probably the south somewhere.
photographically, I started with a yashica MP108 years ago, lost enthusiasm due to the processing side of it (pricey for a young squaddie)
Had an early digi compact, which was ok, then went Fuji S2 with cheapo lenses, then Canon 20D with reasonable lenses. Now working with a D700, 24-70, sigma 100-300.
just getting into the whole strobist thing, Sb900, 2x SB28's
so thats me, I'll get browsing!
