Guilty about cost?

When it comes to spending money on photography, me and the wife pay all the bills first and then try to rationalise what we can spend on our hobby.
That said I am returning to college to improve my skills (hopefully) which has costs and in the future intend to eventually do photography full time.

I dont feel guilty but it costs me £2000 to buy a £1000 lens.

Women hey.

Looks like me and the wife might be coming into quite a bit of money so i may be relaxed about the spending!! Time will tell

[head over papapet] I am a smoker. I enjoy a smoke. Money spent on smoking is not wasted. [/head over parapet]

Back on topic, having recently bought a 1D MkIV I do have the occasional "What on earth was I thinking" moment. That wears off quite quickly when I think I have been saving up for it for twenty five years effectively.

Hear Hear. I enjoy smoking too, love it, and as Bill Hicks said....none smokers die every day.
