Guidance on purchasing a computer for photo editing

The Obsidian @ £549 looks perfect for me, i need a new system very soon just waiting to finalise the selling of my house. my Pentium 4 - 2.8ghz - 2.25GB Ram - 32bit, is very very tired now !

And how much would something like that cost ???
 
I don't understand why anyone would spec a system like that without a SSD, unless I'm missing it?
