Or to give it its full (and brilliant) name, Quack Experimental Anime Excel Saga. Ok, it's a TV show but with a title like that I just had to suggest it :)

No idea but it's not that film.

To make it easy, the name is in the Larkin poem, the second clue tells you everything you need to find it :)
