Group of 60 people

Hi

I've just registered and this is my first post. I've been asked to take a photo at a family gathering, 60 people in total, ages 2 to 70+. Location inside, possibly staircase, evening time. I have a Canon 5D MarkII, no on camera flash but 4 x Bowens Gemini Esprit 500 studio lights at my disposal. Any thoughts or suggestions would be welcome.
