I'm Keane, caught the DSLR bug with the original DRebel a few years back...
Didn't take long for the urge to buy new kit kicked in, and now I have a 30D with 17-40F4, 300mmF4 IS, 50mmF1.8, 70-200F4, 8mmPeleng, a Manfrotto, and the 420EX. Just received a 580EX today and it's getting along with the 420EX just fine
I haven't got much lighting experience, and want to get the best out of my new master/slave flash setup so that's why I joined.
My main interest in photography has been fireworks/pyrotechnics, but I also enjoy landscape - particularly night stuff, and would also like to do a bit of portrait work with my flashes.
