Hello

I have just stumbled across this forum while trying to do a bit of research on a decent tripod.

I am relatively new to photography owning a Canon 400D camera with the 18-35mm lens that came with it and a 75 - 250mm Telephoto lens.

I want to learn more on how to use the camera, take shots of the sky at night and wildlife (my dog mainly)

I am sure thats enough to bore you with now and I look forward to browsing round the forum and boring you all with silly questions!

ps as for a decent tripod- I use a Giottos- cost around £130 but very stable
