Hey everyone!

I've lurked around for some time now and thought it was about time i emerged from the shadows.

I'm Rhian and i'm from Essex and i'm very new to the world of photography. I bought my other half a Canon 450D for Christmas last year and he's now obsessed and recently bought a 7D so I thought i'd keep the 450D for myself and have a little go. A little go has turned into loving it as a hobby.

I'm currently using a Canon 28-135mm as my 'walk around' and also have the Tamron 60mm Macro.

I have a Flickr account if anyone wanted a nose - bare in mind i literally picked up this camera for the first time a few months a go so go easy! :D

Hopefully i'll start posting some pictures up soon once i get a bit more confidence :thumbs:

I've already discivered how expensive it is from the other half! Will certainly get a lot more expensive with ne in to it all as well.

I'm from Colchester but spend time in Ipswich as well.

I wouldn't really call myself that just yet lol. But also nice to see there's some locals around here!
 
Hi Rhian. Wish my hubby was into photography as it would mean I wouldn't get moaned at as much! Perhaps I ought to give him my 450D and buy myself an upgrade and see if that works :lol:

Hey Rhian welcome not quite as close as the others Glasgow and had a wee nose at you pics. Look into my eyes like that one and the smoke stuff :thumbs:
