Hi my name is Andy and i live and work in and around the Rutland area. I'm new to TP and will be hoping for plenty of critique on my photos in the future. I only got my first digital camera just over a year ago, an Olympus SP-800UZ. My friend said i should get an DSLR....so of course i didn't!!
I love landscapes mainly and Rutland provides these in abundance. I am on flickr and panoramio, again thanks to my friend Dave urging me to do so.
I do not understand digital tech' at all and as for Elements 9 i can just about do a quick fix!!

Welcome to TP.

The digital world is complex for newcomers and processing software takes a bit of getting used to, but it all becomes easier with practice.
 
PSE can do that for you and Microsoft have a Powertoy Image resizer (freebie) that is very simple to use.
