Well, it’s about time I put my head above the parapet!
I’m 72, and have been playing with various cameras for years. Started off with a Zenit E, remember them, and progressed to the dizzy heights of a Pentax Spotmatic! That accompanied me most places while I was travelling. That and various other bits and pieces disappeared when my truck was broken into in Iraq. There followed an extended gap until the bug bit again and I bought a Canon 350D. Finding myself stuck at home now, I’m working on becoming proficient in the world of macro with a recently acquired Nikon D5200 and a Sigma 105 macro lens.
Right, enough waffle, I’m off to have a read!
